I am Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at the Institute of Informatics of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), where I also hold an M.Sc. (2008) degree in Computer Science. In 2005, I received degree in Telematics from the Federal Center of Technological Education of Ceará (CEFET-CE). From October 2004 to January 2006 I was a researcher at the Federal University of Ceará, with the Group of Computer Networks, Software Engineering and Systems (GREat), and from May 2010 to April 2011 I was an academic visitor at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center, under supervision of Nikos Anerousis, Senior Manager, Service Delivery Automation. My main topics of interest include ITSM, network management, Web services-based management, P2P-based systems, and Web 2.0/3.0 technologies (specially Mashups).
