Rita is edited under the responsibility of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inf.ufrgs.br\/site\/\">Institute of Informatics<\/a> at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ufrgs.br\/ufrgs\/inicial\">Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul<\/a> &#8211; UFRGS, Brazil.
