IEEE has begun to address the job search issue as well. Yet, most members fail to take full advantages to the opportunities for career enhancement provided through participation in CASS activities. This talk discusses the opportunity to have personal contact with luminaries in the field of interest, generate life-long relationships with key individuals, have access to technology during development rather than after publication, develop skills that come from active participation, and be recognized for outstanding activities and service.
