In case you need a formal invitation to participate in ER 2009 (in order to get your visa, for example), you must either register yourself or be an author (of ER main event or its workshops). Then, you can
email us and we'll provide you the invitation letter.

- Important: To qualify for a student fee, proof of full time student status must be e-mailed to registration ER2009@inf.ufrgs.br with a current schedule, student ID or Advisor's letter on University letterhead. Remember to bring the original document (which was sent through email) to the front desk of ER 2009.
Additional tickets and proceedings can also be purchased:
- Additional Conference Banquet ticket: R$ 80,00
- Additional Conference Proceedings: R$ 150,00*
- Additional Workshop Proceedings: R$ 150,00*
*if the currency exchange rate suffers any major variation, additional fee or refund may be applied.
