ONTOBRAS 2026 and WTDO 2026<\/b><\/h2>\n
Authors of papers accepted to ONTOBRAS 2026 and WTDO 2026 must submit the camera-ready version of their paper together with the duly completed and signed CEUR-WS Author Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n
The submission deadline is <\/span>August 24, 2026<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
The submission must be made through <\/span>EasyChair<\/b>, in a single ZIP file.<\/span><\/p>\n
1. Files to be submitted<\/b><\/h2>\n
The ZIP file must contain:<\/span><\/p>\n
\n
the <\/span>CEUR-WS Author Agreement<\/b>, duly completed and signed by hand;<\/span><\/li>\n
the <\/span>camera-ready paper in PDF format<\/b>;<\/span><\/li>\n
the <\/span>source files of the camera-ready paper<\/b>, which must be:<\/span>\n
\n
an ODT file, when using the OpenOffice template; or<\/span><\/li>\n
the complete Overleaf\/LaTeX project used to generate the PDF.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Source files in DOC or DOCX format will not be accepted.<\/b><\/p>\n
The ZIP file must be submitted through EasyChair by <\/span>August 24, 2026<\/b>. The file must be named <\/span>paperX.zip<\/span>, where X corresponds to the submission number in EasyChair.<\/span><\/p>\n
2. Author Agreement<\/b><\/h2>\n
Authors must select the Author Agreement that corresponds to the characteristics of their paper.<\/span><\/p>\n
Two templates are available:<\/span><\/p>\n
\n
AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (NTP):<\/b> for papers that <\/span>do not include third-party copyrighted material<\/b>. This is the option applicable to most papers.<\/span><\/li>\n
AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (TP):<\/b> for papers that include <\/span>some third-party copyrighted material<\/b>. In this case, a copy of the copyright holder’s permission to use the material must also be provided.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The Author Agreement templates are available in a ZIP file for download at https:\/\/www.inf.ufrgs.br\/ontobras\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/ceur-author-agreement-ccby.zip<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
The ZIP file also includes a <\/span>completed example with instructions<\/b>, which should be consulted before completing and signing the document.<\/span><\/p>\n
Signing the Author Agreement<\/b><\/h3>\n
CEUR-WS requires the Author Agreement to be <\/span>signed by hand, using a pen on a printed copy of the document<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
Therefore:<\/span><\/p>\n
\n
complete the Author Agreement;<\/span><\/li>\n
print the document;<\/span><\/li>\n
sign it by hand using a pen;<\/span><\/li>\n
scan or photograph the signed document;<\/span><\/li>\n
submit the scanned copy in PDF or JPG format;<\/span><\/li>\n
the scanned file must be named according to the pattern <\/span>AUTHOR-AGREEMENT-paperX.pdf<\/span>, where X corresponds to the submission number in EasyChair.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Completing the Author Agreement<\/b><\/h3>\n
Before submission, make sure that <\/span>all fields in the Author Agreement have been completed<\/b>, including:<\/span><\/p>\n
\n
paper title;<\/span><\/li>\n
authors’ names;<\/span><\/li>\n
corresponding author’s details;<\/span><\/li>\n
event name;<\/span><\/li>\n
editors’ names;<\/span><\/li>\n
location and date;<\/span><\/li>\n
handwritten signature.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The title provided in the Author Agreement must be exactly the same as the title used in the camera-ready paper.<\/span><\/p>\n
3. Preparing the camera-ready paper<\/b><\/h2>\n
All papers must use the <\/span>single-column CEUR-ART template<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
The templates for Microsoft Office Word, OpenOffice, and LaTeX are available at:<\/span><\/p>\n

The template is available in <\/span>ODT or LaTeX\/Overleaf format<\/b>, according to the requirements for preparing the proceedings.<\/span><\/p>\n
Before submission, authors must carefully check the following items:<\/span><\/p>\n
\n
Do not insert page numbers in the paper.<\/span><\/li>\n
The footer must be adjusted to display the correct copyright year and event identification:<\/span>\n
\n
use <\/span>\u00a9 2026 Copyright<\/b> and the following identification:<\/span><\/li>\n
Proceedings of the 19th Seminar on Ontology Research in Brazil (ONTOBRAS 2026) and 10th Doctoral and Masters Consortium on Ontologies (WTDO 2026), September 23, 2026.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
The footer must include the <\/span>e-mail address and ORCID of each author<\/b>, following the format provided in the CEUR-ART template.<\/span><\/li>\n
Papers written in <\/span>Portuguese<\/b> must include:<\/span>\n
\n
abstract and keywords in Portuguese;<\/span><\/li>\n
abstract and keywords in English<\/b>, inserted immediately after the abstract and keywords in Portuguese, using the same formatting.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
Authors must comply with the page limit corresponding to the paper category:<\/span>\n
\n
Full paper:<\/b> up to 12 pages;<\/span><\/li>\n
Short paper:<\/b> up to 6 pages.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
References are excluded from the page limit.<\/b><\/li>\n
ONTOBRAS 2026 adopts the <\/span>CEUR-WS Policy on AI-Based Support Tools<\/b>. All papers must include a section titled <\/span>Generative AI Declaration<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n

4. Presentation and Poster Templates<\/b><\/h2>\n
Authors must use the official templates provided for presentations and posters at ONTOBRAS 2026 and WTDO 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Important Notice<\/b><\/h2>\n
Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines will be returned to the authors for correction.<\/span><\/p>\n
We ask authors to carefully prepare and check all files, as the timely publication of the proceedings depends on receiving complete camera-ready submissions that comply with CEUR-WS requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Checklist before submission<\/b><\/h2>\n
Before submitting the ZIP file through EasyChair, make sure that:<\/span><\/p>\n

the correct Author Agreement has been selected;<\/span><\/li>\n
all fields in the Author Agreement have been completed;<\/span><\/li>\n
the Author Agreement has been printed and signed by hand;<\/span><\/li>\n
the signed Author Agreement has been scanned in PDF or JPG format;<\/span><\/li>\n
the Author Agreement file has been named according to the pattern <\/span>AUTHOR-AGREEMENT-paperX.pdf<\/span>;<\/span><\/li>\n
the camera-ready paper is in PDF format;<\/span><\/li>\n
the source file is in ODT format or corresponds to the complete LaTeX\/Overleaf project;<\/span><\/li>\n
no DOC or DOCX source files have been submitted;<\/span><\/li>\n
the paper uses the single-column CEUR-ART template;<\/span><\/li>\n
the paper does not contain page numbers;<\/span><\/li>\n
the footer is correct;<\/span><\/li>\n
the e-mail address and ORCID of all authors are included;<\/span><\/li>\n
papers written in Portuguese include an abstract and keywords in both Portuguese and English;<\/span><\/li>\n
the page limit for the paper category has been respected;<\/span><\/li>\n
