Do you agree that manually analyzing vast amounts of user feedback is unfeasible, so automated user feedback classifiers are useful tools? In this paper accepted for publication in SEKE (The 33rd International Conference on Software Engineering & Knowledge Engineering) 2021, we present a user feedback classifier based on Machine Learning for the classification of reviews according to software quality characteristics complaint with the ISO25010 standard. The paper brings results from the Diploma Work in Computer Engineering of Rubens dos Santos (INF – UFRGS) and was developed in cooperation with Diego Toralles Avila and Dr. Karina Barreto Villela (Fraunhofer, IESE, Germany).
