Registration sites: participants from Latin America or from other countries

Registration fees (*,**,***) :

(*) fees are in US$ but participants currently living in south america can apply for a grant, which we will try to concede in most cases, but not for on site registration)
(**) in any case, there will also be a discount of 50% in the fee if you can provide accomodation for at least one participant from outside the metropolitan area of Porto Alegre (we have set a board to facilitate people seeking and offering accomodation)
(***) proof of student status will be required
