Authors of papers accepted to ONTOBRAS 2026 and WTDO 2026 must submit the camera-ready version of their paper together with the duly completed and signed CEUR-WS Author Agreement.
The submission deadline is August 24, 2026.
The submission must be made through EasyChair, in a single ZIP file.
1. Files to be submitted

2. Author Agreement
Authors must select the Author Agreement that corresponds to the characteristics of their paper.
Two templates are available:
- AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (NTP): for papers that do not include third-party copyrighted material. This is the option applicable to most papers.
- AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (TP): for papers that include some third-party copyrighted material. In this case, a copy of the copyright holder’s permission to use the material must also be provided.
The Author Agreement templates are available in a ZIP file for download at https://www.inf.ufrgs.br/ontobras/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/ceur-author-agreement-ccby.zip.
The ZIP file also includes a completed example with instructions, which should be consulted before completing and signing the document.
Signing the Author Agreement
CEUR-WS requires the Author Agreement to be signed by hand, using a pen on a printed copy of the document.
Therefore:
- complete the Author Agreement;
- print the document;
- sign it by hand using a pen;
- scan or photograph the signed document;
- submit the scanned copy in PDF or JPG format;
- the scanned file must be named according to the pattern AUTHOR-AGREEMENT-paperX.pdf, where X corresponds to the submission number in EasyChair.
Further information about the handwritten signature requirement is available in the CEUR-WS guidelines:
