Selection Process Master’s 2024/2

Applications for the Master's Degree in the Postgraduate Program in Computing at UFRGS are from July 1, 2024 until July 26, 2024.

The Postgraduate Program in Computing (PPGC) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) announced the opening of applications for the selection process for the Master’s degree in Computer Science, with admission scheduled for the second semester of 2024. PPGC notice No. 002/2024 establishes the conditions, deadlines, and procedures for selecting candidates for the course, offered publicly and free of charge.

The positions offered for the master’s degree course are distributed by line of research in proportion to the advising capacity of the Postgraduate Program in Computing. For this notice, there is a limit of 100 positions. Candidates who wish to apply for positions related to Affirmative Actions must complete the self-declaration form available on the PPGC website.

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the online application system available on the PPGC website, by clicking here. It is necessary to attach, through the application system, files with scanned copies of the documents requested in the notice. Information about the PPGC’s research areas and the research topics of its advisors can also be found on the program’s website.

The application period begins on July 1, 2024 and continues until July 26, 2024.
