Short Bio

I am an Associate Professor at the Institute of Informatics of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) since October/2012. I hold a Ph.D. (2009) degree in Computing from Imperial College London, and I obtained my M.Sc. (2005) and B.Sc. (2002) degrees in Computer Science at UFRGS.
Between 2009-2012 I was a Research Associate at Lancaster University, working with security and resilience monitoring in next generation networks. Between 2013-2015 I also held a position of Visiting Researcher at Lancaster University.

I am a CNPq-Brazil Research Fellow - PQ2.
