Special Issue on Business Process Management – Call for Papers

I am pleased to announce that together with Prof. Dr. Gregor Polančič and Prof. Dr. Encarna Sosa, I am guest-editor of the special issue, to be published in 2021, on Business Process Management (BPM) in the Revista de Informática Teórica e Aplicada (RITA). BPM is a discipline that covers the phases of process identification, process discovery, process analysis, process redesign, process implementation and process monitoring and control. Related to these phases many approaches and technologies have been proposed aiming advances in process documentation, automation and improvement. Therefore, we propose a special issue of RITA, focusing on trends and research related to these advances.
