POSTER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Two poster sessions will be held during the workshop, providing an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to interact with their peers and researchers in the field.

SUBMISSION FORMAT AND DEADLINES

Posters must be prepared by following the template provided below:

Posters must be electronically submitted as an A4-sized PDF (WxH = 21 cm x 29.7 cm) through the EasyChair system, along with a 500-characters abstract: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=casswrs2015.

EasyChair will be opened for submissions until the (hard) deadline is met: September 20, 2015.

Posters will be peer-reviewed and selected for participation before September 27, 2015. Authors who had their poster accepted will then be requested to submit a publication-ready version before October 5, 2015.

PRINTING FORMAT AND PRESENTATION

Final posters must be printed out in A0 format (WxH = 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) and presented by their authors during the assigned posters session, to be defined with the final workshop program.

PROCEEDINGS

Accepted posters will be electronically published as part of the workshop proceedings, in an A4-sized booklet.

BEST POSTER AWARDS

A Best Poster Award will be granted for both Undergraduate (B.Sc., B.Eng.) and Graduate Students (M.Sc. and Ph.D.) categories, upon the evaluation provided by reviewers during the selection process.
