MINIBIOGRAFIA
I'm currently an Assistant Professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Before joining the INF-UFRGS, I worked as a Lecturer in Information Science in RS and MG Universities for 15 years and I have a industry background with +7 years in a software development companies.

My research and academic interests intersect Software Engineering, Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW), and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), mainly investigate professional software practice with a focus on human and social aspects of software development teams. Furthermore, I am interested in women's empowerment in Computing and Technology activities.
