Entre os dias 07 e 10 de novembro de 2020 ocorreram os eventos SIBGRAPI 2020 (Conference on Graphics, Patterns, and Images), SVR 2020 (Symposium on Virtual and Augmented Reality) e SBGames 2020 (Brazilian Symposium on Computer Games and Digital Entertainment), realizados virtualmente.
Claudio Jung, pelo trabalho “Online frame-to-model pipeline to 3D reconstruction with depth cameras using RGB-D information“. O artigo “Regularized Kelvinlet Inversion for Real-Time Image Deformation and Video Time Warping“, do aluno Guilherme Haetinger, orientado pelo professor Eduardo Gastal, recebeu o prêmio de melhor artigo de Computação Gráfica no SIBGRAPI 2020.
