Camera Ready Paper Submission Instructions
1) Please complete the Copyright Form for each accepted paper. You MUST fill it out completely including your SIGNATURE (note that digital signature will not be considered). The copyright form must be in PDF file and should be CLEARLY READABLE. The signed Copyright Form must be sent to prech@inf.ufrgs.br by August 2nd, 2014. The subject of your mail must include the number of your paper (e.g.: "Copyright Form Paper 90").

2) Before creating the final version of your pdf file, you MUST include the appropriate copyright clearance code notice on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding.
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:

For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:

3) PDF eXpress (http://www.pdf-express.org/) assists conference authors in meeting the latest IEEE Xplore® requirements for PDF files and provides a simple and convenient way to collect final papers from authors.
You must use PDF Xpress Plus to check IEEE Xplore® compatibility and also to upload the final version of your paper. Remember that all this needs to be done before August 2nd.
First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
33926x for the Conference ID
your email address
a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Once all the above mentioned steps have been completed please upload the PDF eXpress approved PDF to be included in the IMS3TW proceedings through JEMS submission system (http://jems.sbc.org.br/ims3tw_2014). Please update the PDF file you´ve already submitted with the PDF eXpress approved PDF. There is no need to create a new title. Submission deadline is set on August 2nd.
