Final instructions for submission of accepted papers
  1. Format your paper according to the paper formats given. There are Latex and Word templates.

  2. Submit the final camera-ready version of your paper using the JEMS submission system by March 30th.

    1. If your paper was accepted FOR JOURNAL PUBLICATION, please create and submit in JEMS a ZIP FILE containing following files: i) paper source (Word or Latex), ii) figures and iii) authors' biographies and pictures.
      Authors should supply a brief biographical summary of between 50 and 100 words and a black and white glossy photograph, passport sized.

    2. If your paper was accepted FOR CONFERENCE PUBLICATION, please create and submit in JEMS a ZIP FILE containing following files: i) paper pdf format and ii) supplementary information (optional).

    3. Please, format your paper with 2 columns and verify if you have up to 9 pages. If it is ok, please re-generate pdf and other files using format single column.

    4. EDITORS REMARK: The final version of papers should have MAXIMUM 9 pages in 2 columns (last page should contain biographical summary of authors) in the specified template. IF paper has more than 9 pages in 2 columns, the paper will not be published.

  3. Submit the final camera-ready version of your paper using the JEMS submission in one of respective tracks: CGI Conference papers OR CGI Journal papers.

  4. Please note that in order for your paper to be published at least one author of each paper must be registered for the conference (full registration, even if one of the authors is a student). The deadline for registration is March 30th The online system registration will be open in a few days.

  5. Submit a copyright form by fax at +41 22 379 00 79.

  6. If the first author of a paper accepted as a Journal Paper is a student, please send an email to Joao Comba and Christian Hofsetz, informing:

    1. Number of your paper,

    2. Name of authors,

    3. Name of registered author

    4. Name and level (Graduate, MSc, PhD) of the student author.

  7. Authors that need an invitation letter to apply for visa, please, fill the form and send it for us..
