| Legend | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| A | Search bar | Allows searching the library queries by code or title |
| B | List of stored Library data | Displays the saved data. The data can be categorized as Series, Samples, Platforms, Raw data, Annotations, and Custom Tables. |
| C | Stored data identifier | The identifier for the selected library data. Some data has specific prefixes, such as Series (GSE), Samples (GSM), and Custom Tables (GCT). |
| D | Stored data description | Displays brief information about the stored data, including title, date, and manufacturer. |
| E | Delete stored data | Deletes the stored data entirely |
| F | Dataset formats | Presents multiple formats of datasets. This option is only available for Series. |
| G | Start analysis | Initializes a preanalysis using the selected series and format. This button is only available for Series and Custom Tables. |
