Legend	Name	Description
A	Saved projects list	List of previously saved projects. Each item contains the Project's title and author. By hovering the cursor over a Project entry, a button to delete the project becomes visible.
B	New project	Creates a new project and redirects to the Projects' page.

Legend	Name	Description
A	Project header	Project header displaying the date and author names.
B	New Session	Redirects to the preanalysis page.
C	Session list	List of saved sessions in this project. The session information is displayed by selecting one item in this list.
D	Delete session	Deletes the selected session in the list.
E	Selected Session title	Title of the selected session in the list.
F	Information tab	Basic information about the processed datasets.
G	Quality analysis tab	Last saved quality analysis results. Not available in the absence of saved results.
H	DE Results tab	Saved differential expression analysis results. Not available in the absence of saved results.
I	Dataset basic information	Contains the Series's title, identifier and platform.
J	Treatment information	Table of parameters used for statistical treatment during preanalysis. Not displayed in absence of these parameters.
K	Samples list	List of sample names contained in this session.
L	Load session	Reloads the session and its contents.

Legend	Name	Description
A	Samples list	List of samples used in the current quality analysis. The last column indicates which samples showed statistical outliers.
B	Quality results caption	The caption of the first section of quality results (i.e., the distance between arrays).
C	Confer results	Loads the quality analysis results. This action will not load the session itself.

Legend	Name	Description
A	List of DE results	List of DE results in this session.
B	Applied filters	List of filters applied on the results table.
C	DE results caption	The caption of the selected result represented as a pie chart for single comparisons, bar plots for multiple comparisons, and stacked plots for temporal comparisons.
D	Remove result	Removes the selected result
E	Load session	Loads the entire session and its contents. Required to edit the results or perform further analyses using them.
F	Confer results	Loads the selected DE analysis results. If the session is not loaded, this action will only enable inspecting the results, but not performing further analyses.
