| A | Experimental sample group | Samples included in the experimental group. | 
| B | Available samples | Available samples to be distributed to groups. The remaining samples in this group will not be included to the DE analysis. | 
| C | Control control group | Samples included in the control group. | 
| D | Arrows from/to experimental group | Distributes the samples to or from the experimental group. Single arrows will transfer the selected samples. Double arrows will transfer all samples to the target group. | 
| E | Arrows from/to control group | Distributes the samples to or from the control group. Single arrows will transfer the selected samples. Double arrows will transfer all samples to the target group. | 
| F | Sample information | Brief information about a selected sample, including its title, identifier and Series accession ID, if available. | 
| G | Probe annotations | List of annotation columns that can be included in the final results table. Only available if the platform data was loaded in the current Session. | 
| H | Advanced options | Options for statistical correction of the final results. |

| A | View as | Displays the sample names according to the GEO metadata entries, if present. | 
| B | Auto-distribute dual-channel samples | When working with dual-channel datasets, each item in the list will represent a sample channel (i.e., half sample) instead of an integral sample. This option ensures that a sample channel distributed to a group will cause the other channel to be moved to the opposite group. This way, both channels will be present in both groups. |
